I'm Dominic Hobbs, a fitness coach based in the UK working with clients online and in person. I've served in the military, competed athletically at a high level, and held demanding full time careers, all while maintaining my physique and performance.

I've also come back from severe surgeries that genuinely changed my life. Every time I rebuilt. Not because of talent, but because of mindset. That's the mechanism everything else follows from.

Not at all. I work with guys at all levels, complete beginners, inconsistent gym-goers, and experienced lifters. Wherever you're starting from, we build from there.
You get a fully personalised training programme and nutrition guidance delivered digitally, regular check-in calls, and direct messaging access to me throughout the week. Everything is tracked and adjusted as you progress. You won't feel like you're on your own.
Most clients notice real changes in energy, strength, and how they look within the first 4 to 6 weeks. Visible muscle growth builds from there. The results compound the longer you stay consistent, which is exactly what the programme is built to help you do.
